Liability
Agreeing to utilize Season2SeasonLTD as your service provider of choice for the seasonal closing of your pool you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following; Season2SeasonLTD will not be held liable for any unforeseen or undue damages that may be caused to your pool over the harsh winter months. Season2SeasonLTD acknowledges that they will always implement the best industry practices for all pool closings. Late Fees & Incorrect Dates
Should a client fail to pay for a standard services, such as but not limited to a cleaning, within a 7-day period an additional “late fee charge” or $20.00 will be added to the total amount owed. Furthermore, no additional services will be performed until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Furthermore, should a client select a date for a cleaning that does not align with our regional breakdown you appointment will either be cancelled or moved to the correct corresponding date, which can be found in our booking system.
