I have been working with Season2Season for many years. I first hired them for their pool services, and after seeing the quality of their work, I decided to bring them on as my property management company. They have now managed my property for about three years, and I have nothing but positive things to say.

Their communication is excellent, and they are always easy to reach. They are also very knowledgeable about the RTA, which has given me confidence that everything is handled properly and in compliance with regulations. Before listing any unit for lease, they complete a detailed market analysis, and they have consistently placed reliable tenants within a reasonable timeframe.

Thanks to Marco, Massimo, and Matt from Season2Season for patiently working with us through our first pool liner replacement! With a lot of unknowns about the pool type and condition until the old liner was removed, it was a little nerve racking for me, but they handled every thing with prompt replies to my questions, great grace and professionalism. They explained everything very well as they moved through the project and it all came together as they said it would.
The new liner is exactly what I hoped for; the pool is filled, heating up for hopefully a few more weeks of enjoying, and looking wonderful! Thanks again guys! Highly recommend Season 2Season.

Season to Season Pools came to my rescue and completely overhauled my pool setup with professionalism and outstanding customer service. I was dealing with major suction issues and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Turns out, not only do I suck at plumbing, but my connections were leaking air, and my old sand filter was far too small and outdated to keep the pool clean.

The team at Season to Season Pools quickly diagnosed the issue and—within just a day—returned to replace the filter and upgrade all the plumbing. The transformation is like night and day. The pool now runs effortlessly, and everything works the way it should have from the start.

Their communication was prompt, clear, and professional throughout. The convenience, speed, and expertise they provided made this a completely stress-free experience. If I had taken before-and-after photos, you wouldn’t believe the difference!

EDIT: I'm choosing to leave the experience here. I really recommend not giving out shirts to the whole town to avoid this situation happening, if this was the case. This gentleman seemed to be in a hurry and wearing steel-toed boots; I'd bet money it's an employee. I used to work in the trades before making a career change and we were always on-point for representing our brand. I'd be fired if I behaved the way this employee did. I didn't text or call your office since I was concerned I'd either get that guy answering, or it wouldn't be addressed seriously. He chose to behave that way in public, hence the public review. Changing to 5-stars to help protect your image, but seriously consider carefully how your brand is being presented in public.

Abhorrent behaviour from one of your workers at Tim Hortons yesterday. He absolutely lost it over a breakfast sandwich. Couldn’t believe how he was treating the staff, who quickly corrected his order. Don’t know his name, but he’s proudly wearing your shirt!

First and foremost, we'd appreciate if you had given us a call or text as we could have easily identified if this was one of our employees and dealt with it appropriately. Please note we give out countless shirts to family, friends, clients, fellow colleagues in industry, and we also sell our shirts which means it's difficult for us to pinpoint if it was actually one of our employees or not. If you could text us at our number listen on our Google page with some more details like what location, what time, etc... we can hopefully then identify whether or not this was a team member or if it were simply someone wearing one of our shirts. Given we are a small business that up until now only had 5-star reviews we take this very seriously, and all of our employees know the importance of acting professionally.
